The jab is one of if not the most important weapon a boxer has, if you've boxed before you should know it is the first aspect of punching you are taught, I'm assuming you have boxed before (@dinovelvet is a limp **** I know he wouldn't have).

Canelo was outboxed, outlanded and hurt in the 10th.....he didn't win the fight.

 

CEJ could learn alot from GGG starting with learning to actually jab.

As already stated the vast majority of people had GGG winning both fights.

It's been done to death and as I've already stated I'm a fan of both and wished that Golovkin boxed more often like he did in the rematch instead of the bull**** "Mexican style"

 

Look for example, floyd outjabbee Judah through 4 rounds but Judah countered and landed the harder shots through 4... Who did you have winning after 4 rounds using the concept of jabs. S cleaner punching?

 

Exactly. The reason he was only throwing jabs is because Canelo took his amoury out of the equation.

He walloped Vanes out of there with hooks , not jabs. If he could have done the same to Canelo he would have , but he couldn't.
Punch variety , defense , ring generalship >>> a jab.
