I have heard GGG fans say Ishida is a "STAY BUSY FIGHT"....

0K, Then what was Rosado???? The fact is Ishida/Rosado are top 10-15 Jr Middleweights, not even MIDDLEWEIGHTS! Fights with predetermijed outcomes, everyone knew Rosado was.going to get KO'd/TKO'd, same wit Ishida. His competition has been, just bad. His fight against Ishida is so bad, HBO wont even air it. His next fight, will be against Brian Frickn Vera, SMH.... At least fight someone in his weight class....

    GUYS GGG SHOULD BE FIGHTING

    Rubio
    Barker
    Lee
    Quillin
    Zibik
    Dzinerik (160 last fight
Even the guy Quillin fought last (his name escapes me)

GGG might be legit, but his level of competition is abysmal. Even Canelo has a better resume smh

    It's true, however:

Rubio is lined up for Quillin, and passed on the january fight, per Rafael
    Barker's promoter said no way
Lee is not ready, you'd know if you've seen his last 2 fights
    Quillin said maybe later
Njikam missed numerous purse bids and dropped his belt to avoid him
Dzin got beat by Vera. Vera would be bad, but worse than this?
    Zbik, ehh

Any other suggestions? We know Chavez is not afraid, that would be great but not something GGG's people can make happen

    No one wants it :conf

He's in the position Floyd was in back in the day when TR and others were building up their Brit and Latino stars and keeping Floyd on the back burner.

    Barker's promoter doesn't want it.

    Quillin doesn't want it.

N'Dam (the guy Quillin fought) never wanted it and dropped his interim belt not to fight GGG.

Lee got KO'd by Chavez Jr, he'd be a worse opponent than Ishida.

Dzinziruk got KO'd by Vera two months ago.

Zbik and Rubio would be decent opponents but I don't know if HBO would approve these fights.

I'll give him a pass on this fight. He just fought 2 months ago and wants to stay busy with 4-5 fights. I actually prefer this than just fighting 2 top notch guys a year.

  8. There is no competition for him .. come on guys .. he is unbeatable. Great punch, great chin, good old Russian boxing school .. he will be P4P, legend and retires unbeaten.

The guy has been fighting less than stellar comp. However, it's not his fault. He's a well schooled fighter who can punch and take a punch. He's also not a big draw. No one of note wants to fight this guy.

 Like he'd get any credit for that, except from 4 ESB posters.

I wish Lara would call him out, he's not afraid of anyone. Chavez would be tops, but how do you get TR matchmakers to approve that?

GGG is a G and that's why no one will fight him.

    Taste it, haters.

Would he get more or less than Rosado and Ishida?

Not any more, for sure. Most boxing fans know these 2 guys, hardly anyone has heard of Khurtsidze, who just apparently went neck to neck with Ossie Duran.

A fight is always better than no fight.

It's well documented that Golovkin is pushing to make the best fights possible but very few MWs are open to facing him.

So far Sturm, Geale, Barker, N Jikam, Quilin, Pirog, all avoided this matchup.

Martinez and Chavez Jr. get a pass for being busy with one another, same for Murray.

Vera brings name recognition for GGG and is a decent fight.

Macklin is the best option for the moment, but Chavez Jr. is after him as well.

After that Rubio, Lee, Taylor, Lemieux, Mundine, D. George, Mora are the best options.
