So after this fight Brook will call out Fury and Joshua....makes sense to move up to MW before the big jump to HW.
Actually, Brook looks like a fat Mariano Rivera (baseball pitcher to those not familiar with the sport).
I heard Brook is having a hard time making weight and is considering fighting Wilder once he disposes of Golovkin.
It's not hard for Brook to look bigger as if anyone had seem him in the Sky studios giving his opinions on the Thurman/Porter fight a few weeks back, he admitted himself he hasn't been missing his meals. GGG destroys and finishes him between 5-7 rounds.
Imagine GGG trying to promote the fight by saying: "look at tbis guy, he is a skinny midget who I will snap like a twig in 2 rounds". That's going to sell the fight...but it is true that this fight is no gimme.
According to the picture, Golovkin is taller than Brook............Rubio was over 6 feet tall, hits very hard and Golovkin knocked him out easily................
Brook hits like a cruiser weight that is why he wants GGG. Too bad that he doesn't know GGG hits like a heavy weight and spars with them regularly. So when Brook gets knocked out by GGGs supreme heavyweight power that he sets up with his ATG skills he will truly be shocked. Then GGG will be inspired by Brook to jump as many divisions until he realizes he is small for middleweight and decides to stay at MW wasting that power and skills in a mediocre division. But whenever he steps in against LHWs,CWS, or HWs in sparring he will remember the bravery of a WW named Brook.
