I scored it 0-0. In my day the round ended after a knockdown, and if you made it the distance it was a draw.
I am a big fan of GGG. I wish he won. In reality if someone scored 120-108 Canelo I could not argue with it. I remember the old GGG where he pursued, attacked, cut off the ring against his opponents. Ever since Canelo/GGG II he does not do that. I could not hear the instructions from GGG corner where I was at however my advice would have been to fight his old style never move back.
If he fought the whole fight like he did in the last 4 rounds, he would have won easily. But he was gun shy in the first 7 rounds.

No. GGG won the first two. He lost the third, which was the closest of the three. AT 40, it was obvious that he wasn't the GGG of ten years ago. The 2012 version probably KOs any version of Canelo at any weight.
If anything the judges did it right for once. Canelo did great early/mid, but GGG won the 1st round and got all 4 late rounds. That leaves it 7-5 for Canelo meaning he won as he should've. 1st fight - GGG 2nd fight - Draw 3rd fight - Canelo
GGG won the first but lost 2 and 3. All fights were somewhat close but Fight 3 was the easiest to score. No version of GGG would have KO'd Canelo and vice-verse.
