GGG could fight in 154 and 175 probably could be comfortable division for Ward. Ward is undisputedly best in 168 and almost all see him clean out 175. He is clear favourite if the fight was in 168 and in Oakland. So how big win would it be if GGG won against Ward? Would it put GGG in top 3 P4P? With such a win could GGG's resume surpass Calzaghe's/RJJ's/Hopkins's?

would be like Rigondaux beating Donaire, a popular fighter living up to the hype in a big way.

    Yes and no.

Yes, a hyped fighter beating a top 3 P4P fighter.

But they would be different because Golovkin would be moving up in weight to fight Ward, whereas Donaire was less experienced at the weight that Rigo had campaigned his whole career at.

If they fight I will be impressed by the winner. No matter who he is.
