He's Arthur's next mandatory, and he has been talking smack about AA and KP for a couple years now. Hopefully we'll get to see AA take his freaking head off at Cleveland Stadium in June:happy

It looks like Duddy is out and Mora is in for KP in June. How sweet would it be to see both Mora and Lorenzo BOTH find out where they REALLY stand on the THE SAME NIGHT:yep

He's the guy Abraham and Pavlik fear the most?

He was supposed to fight Abraham if he beat Marquez and became the #1 contender for the IBF, he failed to do so and failed miserably.

Just one fight before Lorenzo failed against Marquez, Bronco McKart held Marquez to a draw by counter-punching the **** out of him. Leaving aside arguments about how "styles make fights" it does show us where Lorenzo stands as a middleweight.

He could box, and he didn't get hit much. That's something. I could tell he was the better fighter right away just by looking at his angle and how relaxed he was. He just sat back and waited for his opponent to make mistakes. What surprised me was his power. Abraham better not underestimate this guy.

I hope Top Rank and Sauerland both realize the promotional opportunity they have here, and capatilize on it. For ages now I've been saying that Pavlik/Abraham deserves to be a huge boxing event rather than just another fight for us hard core fans.

I predicted Lorenzo would win. That's a good thing because he has a good fan following in the northeast. We also know that Pavlik will pack-em in at Cleveland Stadium. Pavlik and Abraham on the same card would do great numbers on HBO. Now just bring this ****!

Lorenzo is a good fight for Abraham. He appeared to be a solid fighter. His stance was relaxed, and he didn't get reckless or appear to tire at any point in the fight.

If Lorenzo forces Abraham to swing first, he'll have the opportunity to counter. Considering Lorenzo knocked Miranda straight out with one punch, it looks like Abraham will at some point get his chin tested.

At the same time, Abraham appears to have an excellent chin, and if Abraham can manage to bring the fight to Lorenzo, who looked a bit soft and tear up his midsection, it's likely that Lorenzo will tire and drop his hands.

    This is no easy fight.

Are you reading the thread, or just running to the end and posting random bull****? Lorenzo lost to a guy who is on equal footing with Bronco McKart. Marquez and McKart were both fine titlists and hell on wheels back in the day, but that was at 154 about a hundred ****ing years ago!

From what i hear Pat Burns has convinced Duddy to sidestep the big payday for a more realistic shot at a title at 154.A good move imo, i think Burns could improve Duddy quite a bit and he could be a player at light - middle
