What Floyd needed was to fight with Mills Lane as the refereeLOL
He'd have done what he did with Lewis-Akinwande LOL Warned Floyd Saying " What do to wanna do Fight or Dance " ??. When Floyd kept it up he'd say " Ok Fred Astaire out ya go" * DQ'd him

You can hate all you want. At least he's fighting serious opposition and giving us a reason to stay up to watch. He could easily line up hopeless overly matched smaller opponents like Golovkin did his entire career but he's doing the opposite.

Did you assume I am a Golovkin fan-girl? I'm not.

And this is a thread about Canelo.

Canelo fought many guys who came up in weight, only recently he's been fighting guys bigger. Canelo fought,

    1 Jose Cotto former lightweight
    2 Baldomir former welterweight
    3 Ndou jr welterweight
4 Hatton welterweight journeyman for vacant jr middleweight title
    5 Alfonzo Gomez welterweight
6 Cintron former welterweight, fought a few times at jr middleweight
7 Josecito Lopez jr welterweight at that point fought one time at welterweight
8 Miguel Cotto 4th weight division up,
9 Mayweather 5th weight division up
10 Khan welterweight 3rd weight division up.
    Golovkin fought :
1 Ouma former 154lbs champ and 2 time middleweight title challenger
2 Rosado, top 10 jr middleweight, future 2x middleweight title challenger
3 Ishida: former int jr middleweight champ, 2x middleweight title challenger, future heavyweight
    4 Brook: welterweight champ
    5 Martirosyan: 154lbs contender
As you can see, Canelo has fought more than his share of smaller guys.

To me, Canelo's fights since GGG2 have mostly been fixed.

    Kovalev -- clearly fixed
    C Smith - likely fixed
Others are suspect, but weren't great competition

Kovalev and Smith showed nothing and just were doing light sparring matches, while Canelo just slowly walking them down and teed off with power punches without seeming to ever feel any danger

It makes no sense, until you realize how many ppl are making money off Canelo. He had good power at 147-54, but was overpowered by GGG at 160. Now he's overpowering ppl at 168-75? Makes no sense. And he isn't that fast/crafty (like Floyd, Roy Jones, Bernard, Ward).

I think in another 5-10 years, the fraud is going to exposed

You can call me a conspiracy theorist if you want -- but his fights just don't make sense when you watch them

Had Saunders not gotten his face broken by a perfectly timed uppercut he would have gotten walked down and battered.
