Even if you don't count England or Scotland (and to be fair he was the away fighter against Eubank, Starie, Reid and Woodhall) he still fought in Denmark, Germany and America twice. May not be that many, but unless there's something really worth going overseas for most don't bother these days. See my comments on Kessler, Bute, Froch and Taylor. My point was it's unfair to single one fighter out for this practice.
anyone who says things like taylor is better then anyone on calzaghe's resume because he beat hopkins is just a fool yer, the same taylor who was starched by pavlik who in turn was schooled by hopkins who was outworked by JC. and i can go on and on, it doesn't work that way in boxing STYLES MAKE FIGHTS and Calzaghe's style makes Froch look as pathetic as a schoolgirl with a check book p.s taylor didn't "beat" hopkins certainly not in the first fight
He is already there. I like Froch, but he annoys the **** out of me with his constant hard on for Calzaghe. Id like to know if Froch geniunly believes he can beat Calzaghe after the Taylor performance.
For what its worth I reckon jc would beat froch on points although it aint goin 2 happen. Froch has done himself proud by goin 2 america and takin on a big name right away somthing calzaghe Didn't do. Froch should carry on the way he has started and he will surpass jc legacy fought only a handful of Good fights
Agree with you that Froch should forget about Joe and try to cement his own legacy. Although if he fights the way he did last night then i cant see him being champion for long. The amount of right hands that Taylor landed was scary considering its Kesslers best punch, and i think if Kessler had fought him on saturday then he would have put Froch away quite easily.
