Neither do I. I hate doing it. I've only recently found out what AB means in amateur boxing the other day. It bugged me for ages, like I mean I didn't know what it was for years, and now I've completely forgotten what it is. atsch
Same with me, its physically pains me to concentrate on details, I have pretty bad ADD, I'm like an energy ball (like most Aries:yep)... that's why most of what I write is on an emotional gut level, because I have no patience to write technical ****ysis, although I have on several occasions just to prove to people I can, but it bores the f*** out of me doing so. As far as the Usyk thing goes, I remembered reading a year or two ago he was RSC...something and after I posted that he was stopped, I looked it up to see what type of RSC it was, and realized it was no big deal and edited it in afterward.
Wouldn't mind yeah there's a lot of fights I don't mind seeing and then there's the one's I give a **** about, a fight with Glowacki has significance to it and would immediately establish Usyk as the man in the division, big gamble big payoff. More experience is great and all but he has like 8-10 years to establish a legacy and make as much as he can in a division that's largely ignored ...also im sick of waiting 5 years to see the decrepit version of the fight's I wanted to see.
I'm in the Usyk hype train, but do you guys think he can finish or beat Glowacki flawless? Need ur opinion guys
This is such a cool fight, and a really brave risk from Usyk's camp if it happens. I think Usyk has the skills to pick Glowacki apart and win a clear decision, but he's been pretty open to counters in his pro career so far and Glowacki isn't a guy you want to get countered by all that often. If he's able to nullify a guy like Glowacki at this stage of his career then the sky really is the limit for the dude, methinks. Exciting times.
I really think this will be a relatively straight forward win for Usyk. Glowacki is getting far too much credit and hype for the Huck win.
I read recently that almost nobody fights a top 20 guy before they get a title shot since the 80s. Top 20 guys are reserved for people with belts, or guys who've already had a shot and lost. Managers and promoters actively try not to evenly match their prospects, because they might get upset on the way to a title, and titles multiply earning potential. So you really don't know how good a guy is until he fights for a title.
Bump. Fun little blast from the past before Usyk established himself as one of the sport's premier talents.

Even though Usyk won every round, this was actually a fun fight, as Glowacki never gave up, and you could see by the look on Usyk's face between rounds that even though he was winning widely on every metric, he knew he was in a fight.
