Don't forget Golota was already knocked down within 10 seconds without that elbowinjury. Golota was and is done.

You can see the dislocation quite clearly. Im surprised he fought on as that would have been very painful. Shame. Golota was never able to get his career together and mentally his always been fragile.

Around a minute into the fight. If you look at his left arm when the camera is on his back you can see the bone potruding at an odd angle from his elbow. There was definitly a dislocation. You can see the pain on his face when in the clinch with Austin towards the end of the fight.

You mean dislocation or fragile mentalities?

I think Golota was mentally way above average continuing with dislocated arm
for 2.5 minutes and even countering Austin from time to time.
Austin smelled blood but wasnt able legitimately take Goota out or
    hurt him with his punches.

His mind was gone when his body was there.

His mind is finally all there and now his body gone...

    Complete waste.

Golota will return - mark my words. To what end is another matter, but he will not end his career this way either.

Actually, Golota fought back although it was clear that smth was wrong with his left arm. I thought that he wa coming back after the fast knockdown, but then the injury happened. Pity, really pity... as someone before me said, now when his mind is there finally, his body gives up on him.

I saw that too but thought maybe that was just the shape of his giant bones.

Yea, you don't have to be on his wagon to see this one.

    Precisely!

I would say that, perhaps, the stretch of time where he had it all together or at least came close was when he fought against Byrd. With the exception of his snappy, stiff jab, which he seemed to have lost forever after the car accident, everything was there physically and mentally. All props to Austin for following the Lennox blueprint to the letter with AG. The quick knockdown, the injury are all a credit to Austin. This was a cross roads fight for Austin and he came in ready in very good shape and with a plan. Although he is terribly inconsistent, he is a better fighter than his showing against Wlad would suggest. I think in many ways he is the wildcard in this division and likely the best American heavyweight boxer right now.

Sorry to say but he needs a better camp. Someone's got to light a fire under his ass and Sam can't do it.

IMO the Golota that fought Byrd and Ruiz was still a former shell of what he once was in the 90's.

I don't give up that easy. In the last 3 Golota fights you see how every opponent used the same gameplan in the first round. HELLLOOOOOO!!!!! ... TEAM GOLOTA!!!!! ... IT AIN'T WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!
