    Quillan/Lee winner
    Ndam/Lemieux winner

    Canelo
    Cotto

4 very nice matchups there.... but because this is boxing only two of the possible 6 are realistic (Lemieux should he win, Lee should he win) but even then, why would they feed those fighters to G so soon.

Should he keep fighting the best available middleweight that will fight him though, as hes been doing, he will eventually clean the division out one fighter at a time and will be the king there (he already basically is but still)

Then fighters like BJS and Eubank Jr might have enough momentum to make fights with Golovkin interesting.

I hope G stays at middle and makes a run for Hopkins defense record.

N'Dam would take the HBO/GGG fight straight away I'm pretty sure, but I think Lemieux beats him.

Golden Boy might not rush Lemieux into a unification fight with GGG but then they put Matthysse straight in with Provodnikov so who knows.

Quillin never fights GGG, and Lee might get better offers elsewhere (but he might not).

Here's the thing about that record, Golovkin wasn't a full WBA champion until last August. Not sure if it counts?

Ya, the perversion of titles by the sanctioning bodies have made that issue a mess. I wonder then what his true title defenses will be considered then at this point.

Of the 6 fighters you name the only one that would have the cojones to face GGG. That kid fought & BEAT cancer Danny Jacobs. Cotto would commit Hari Kari rather that get in ring with GGG

Golovkin has enough time to keep fighting anyone in his weight class who will fight him, pick up the WBC belt and then move up for a big fight or 2 and then see where the chips lay after that.

I know his detractors want him to fight(lose) to Ward asap but realistically Ward needs 2 fights(1 year) before he's ready for a Golovkin fight. Therefore everyone just needs to chill out and see how things play out. The Ward fight will happen.

Am I the only one not excited to see GGG-Cotto?

GGG is without a doubt the best MW in the world in my honest opinion. A fight with Ward is what I want.

Lee-Quillin winner will face Saunders. none of them are likely to risk a belt against Triple G anyway and if they did it won't be anytime soon.

Ndam, Cotto, Soliman & Jacobs have all indicated one way or another that they don't want a Triple G fight either.

the only possible top middleweight that might face him is Lemieux, and he has legal issues delaying his fight with Ndam.

Eubank Sr has run his mouth but i doubt he actually wants blood all over his suit.

I was told that GGG would possibly consider going to LMW for the Mayweather/Pacquiao winner. If GGG can make LMW, do you think he should drop down and get big fights if they can be made there? By that time there could be some bigger MW fights. The only thing that I think gets forgotten is GGGs age

He's currently treading water while he waits for a big fight. The WBC have mandated a shot for GGG so in a couple of months either he'll get his shot at Cotto or the vacant title.

Hopefully Lee beats Quillan as Lee is more likely to unify with Golovkin having agreed a fight last year before it was called off due to Golovkin's father dying. That will give him another unification fight.

That just leaves Taylor's IBF belt. Taylor's likely to be side lined while he sorts out his legal issues and personally the idea of Golovkin destroying what little is left of Taylor is unappealing to me. Taylor should just retire before he gets seriously hurt.

So the next few months will be crucial. Best case scenario be beats Monroe Jr, Cotto and Lee. Worst case, he picks up vacant title, Lee loses and Quillan goes into hiding and Golovkin should then seriously think about moving on unless a Canelo fight is available.
