Golovkin / Canelo rematch seems unlikely

If anything it has been established over the last 5 years, Canelo will fight anybody, the implication that he's "scared" is idiocy. He's fought a who's who of fighters from 147-160, this argument carries no weight.

 

1. Let Golovkin age
2. Let those roids marinate in Saul's blood a good while longer

Then and only then will he find his supposedly Mexican cojones

 

I have known a lot of Great Fighters over the Years....and one thing I can say about all of them...they would rather Die than hand over there Belt's...

He might have got 25 after everything is said and done but no one was going to guarantee him 25.

 

Canelo fought him first go around when most didn't think he would.

If they don't go at it straight away, I'm sure they'll milk the tit for another 6-18 months and they will fight again.

 

I'm still hopeful. Money talks and this fight will still be in demand in 2018. The longer it goes the less of a demand but I think Canelo will want to change the perception that he lost that first fight and will press Golden Boy to secure a rematch

 

Never held out much hope for a rematch. Oscar couldnt believe his luck that his long shot to pay off those judges on the off chance it went 12 actually paid off. They got their lucky dodgy draw by paying off 2 judges which was guna be enough to cover Oscars bases and get them a ridiculous draw and they got their massive payday. It was never guna happen again.

Oscar may be saying over and over that the rematch is their priority but he will be saying that to everybody whether he is paying for gas, buying some new fishnets or dealing in some drugs. Its like a reflex answer, just ignore that bit and listen to anything he says afterwards.

 

In reality, you're wrong.

 

Prove it, and while you're at it, do what you said you were gonna do for over a month now and list the Top 5 best punches (by both fighters in the round) in Round 8 and 9. (not the Top 5 punches for each fighter but the Top 5 punches in the round overall, who landed them and what time they happened at)

I'll be waiting . . . and waiting . . . and waiting for you to do this, because I don't think you will do it, even though you promised me you would.
