Golovkin didn't walk right through Stevens nor Lemieux. He was cautious and you could see that when they actually landed he felt it. Hagler didn't show anything nor give a **** and walked through the guys he fought.

GGs chin hasn't been tested yet. You clowns bring up Stevens and Lemieux like they are true punchers. When both faced top end or even limited fighters their punch did no damage. GG is no Hagler. His chin has not been close to being tested yet.

Lemieux rocked GGG with a couple of left hooks.

Only punch that I ever saw remotely bother GGG was that Curtis Stevens left. Stevens can bang, make no mistake.

However, let's not get carried away by comparing Golovkin to Hagler just yet. IIRC Hagler used to demolish buildings before he became a boxer. They used to tie his feet to a rope and swing him right into those skys****ers, which never had a chance against his chin. :hey

Golovkin was absolutely wary of Lemieux's power, thats why he boxed behind his jab for almost the entire fight and there was barely any notable action for the first 4 rounds.

He felt Lemiuex's power and respected it.

And to me that was more impressive as it showed another side to his game.

But lets be real here, there was a very clear reason why he boxed as he did vs Lemieux and not at all like that vs any other opponent to date.
