That's a valid point. He destroys people's self esteem. Happened with Rosado too. A top fighter turned into a journeyman.

I agree, seems the common theme, all those points made by the OP happened AFTER they fought GGG.

Yeah he was on a pretty good run until he faced Golovkin. You are a guy who's irrationally obsessed with GGG. I don't think you are qualified to rate people here.

 

Yeah I watched it, thought GGG won. But still, AM scoring is wonky and can be even less consistent than pro scoring. So if someone thinks Dirrell nicked it then I'd respect the opinion, not really worth arguing too hard over AM stuff from an age ago anyhow :conf

Let me ask you, who rated Rubio as a particularly good win for Golovkin? Nobody.

 

im a huge fan.....i actually happen to think those who constantly defend and talk up ggg arent actually real boxing fans...im a big fan of the sport and go to fights....i love it....its just ridiculous to listen to people talk about this guy and put down other great fighters when he hasnt done anything....

i think hes very good...and i like watching him......but hes not cut from a different cloth than anyone else.....his fights are calculated and weigh risk/reward....and to be frank...he hasnt beaten anyone i consider good

 

Well that Martinez put on a mini masterclass for 11 rounds in his next fight against Chavez Jr. His legs looked fine for 33 minutes in that one.

Sturm lost to that prospect 4 years and 9 fights after Macklin. I honestly do not understand what you're saying regarding Sturm.

Look you don't rate GGG, that's fine, I'm not trying to convince you, I just think your logic is flawed.
If you have genuine points about GGG's flaws then say them, explain them and make your case, I might even learn something, you might point out things I haven't seen but just trying to p*** on GGG's resume seems petty at this point.
