On what do you base that? You speak of evidence but there's no evidence to suggest this.

Same could be said of Wilder Scott and we all know that was a dive

Typical of you to derail any discussion with irrelevant drivel. Ten rounds twelve rounds whatever...Point still doesn't change

Wilder had more uncertainty about him at that point and they were apparently friends and what not, I can see more reasons in that match up.

Look it's your opinion, I'm not going to say you're wrong because I don't know, I just don't see it. Not with Rubio.

    canelo maybe in 2 years, by then canelo will be in his prime,better than now ;

The evidence is Monroe and Murray were tagging GGG at will.

Monroe had a 14% KO rate and, at the time, Murray a 32% KO rate.

Lemiuex has a 90% KO rate established over a lot more fights.

And even when he doesn't KO an opponent (like N'dam) he puts him down, hard, 4 times.

    Is that enough evidence??

Rubio didn't quit. If you let your opponent punch you over the head with such a wide swing like this, you'll get knocked out, simple as that:

GGG doesn't just beat fighters, he ruins them

Dirrell couldn't wobble a guy GGG destroyed in 2 rounds at his natural weight. Kind of sad considering how hyped dirrell is.

Of course when GGG destroys david we're going to hear endlessly how david was a bum tht lost to rubio, even though right now david is a top 5 MW with signature wins.

    :patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch

Did you even watch the fight? At one point GGG dropped his hands and let monroe throw 5 pitter pat punches and GGG just shook his head.

Has Golovkin ever even been hurt in a fight? For all we know, he could have the best chin ever (just before you start typing your sentence, I'm not saying he has)

You say that he needs so many punches to take him out and what not with such certainly when he hasn't faced a fighter as tough as Golovkin first of all and secondly we don't even know just how tough Golovkin is either.

if a curtis stevens left hook to the jaw couldn't rattle GGG I'm not sure what can, that being said lemieux's power is no joke so we will see.

Nope, I've never seen Golovkin hurt in a mismatch.

But I had never seen David Price hurt in his first 16 two round KOs ...

Deontay Wilder gets a lot of **** for his world title defences but Willie Monroe Jnr a guy with a 14% KO rate has to be up there with the worst ever. And he won some rounds!

Lemiuex is a bona fide defence.

Andy Lee should be next as he was scheduled to fight GGG, but Golovkin pulled out for legitimate family reasons and bizarrely never rearranged. Again it would be nice to see Golovkin vs a guy with genuine one punch KO power who could capitalise on sloppy defence ...

    KO rate=quality?
One of the best Middleweights had a sub 10% KO rate...

You know, I wondered about that because Anthony was dropping some serious bombs on Rubio and he never went down. I could be wrong but I think that Anthony has more power than GGG and those many shots were flush. I was thinking Dam!, is Rubio on drugs on did he take a dive with GGG or is GGG on drugs. Not saying either way but it makes you wonder.
