Golovkin's opposition is underrated

Simzed Geale has shown himself to be a solid fighter in the past and I actually acknowledged that in a earlier post, Geale is really Golovkins best win but the way he was demolished by Cotto in the same fashion shortly after puts it in perspective.

I also believe Cotto's performance even though I had him losing clearly vs Alvarez should have shown his "MW" run wasn't a fluke due to weight.
Murray being a 4 time loser isn't impressive him going 50/50 is a credit to him but a loss is a loss there talking about him fighting Groves next he'll likely lose again.

Abuffy, idk Lemieux is just a come forward brawler Alvarez with his speed and defensive advantage Lemiuex would get chopped up mid/close range.

Most likely it's a clear UD or late TKO.

Well, Canelo would definitely beat Geale at 157 too. The poor dude quit before he even got into the ring with Cotto. I don't take Cotto's win against Geale much. For one, he was demolished by GGG not long before. And two, he was a skeleton.

I give Cotto's win against Geale as much credit as Bradley's win against Rios.

I'd favor Lemieux to knock out Canelo within five. Canelo is just way too flat-footed. Golovkin had good enough footwork to avoid a lot of Lemieux's shots, even successfully fighting off the back foot in portions of the fight when Lemieux had his super aggressive moments. Though, if Canelo could survive the first five rounds, I could see him becoming more successful due to Lemieux's fading, and Canelo is smarter about conserving his energy.

I'd also pick Stevens to knock out Canelo. Stevens is an incredibly hard puncher like Lemieux but is a better, smarter boxer.

    You nailed it :good

Any one of these guys could have a very competitive fight with Canelo and maybe beat him too. Let's see how good ginger is without his 20lb weight advantage. That's why he's dragging up little guys from lighter divisions. God, I hope Khan beats him.

Furthermore, fighters like Sturm, Martinez, Chavez, Froch etc all could have fought GGG (and in fact in some cases SHOULD have) but they dodged him like they'd dodge a bus. The KNEW they would lose :deal

Anthony just KO1 Truax that Danny had a hard time stopping, it took him 12 rounds, yet that same Anthony Dirrell no matter how hard he tried could not stop Marco Antonio Rubio, who GGG blitzed in 2 rounds.

Jacobs would not stop Murray or Lemieux, and maybe not even Stevens, but if Sergio Mora can flatten Jacobs' ass with a left hook, you better believe Lemieux and Stevens can decapitate him, since the left hook is their specialties.

You do realize that OJ was married to a white woman, and most of his best friends were white, and most of the black community were annoyed by him and thought he'd turned his back on them, so I highly doubt he called people crackas. He might chop someone's head off, but I doubt he was a racist.
