But christians did wipe out the indigenous peoples of North, Central, South America, start WW1\WW2, commit the Holocaust and kill hundreds of millions via colonialism.... oh wait - since they control the media they dont like to mention that.

 

Actually on the balance Christians have caused more violence than any other religion. (as shown in my above post) but of course I wouldn't hold all of Christianity or all Christians liable for that. That would be ignorant.

Also FYI there are umpteen statements in Christian religions books encouraging violence from umpteen websites I could copy and paste just like you did.

Anyone who defends Anthony Small is a terrorist sympathizer and extremist.

Anyone who criticizes Anthony small is a xenophobic, uneducated, fox news watching, daily mail reading bigot.

Because there is no such thing as middle ground. These are the rules in this stupid world. Full of people who love to throw labels round.
As for my views, I think Small is a ****. I guess that means I must be a bigot.

 

Muslims did plenty of **** thoughout history too. How about the Turks marching Armenians into the desert to die of thirst or the heat? Depending on the figures you beleive it could have been the second biggest genocide in history. None of that concerns me though, I live in the 21st century and loony christians aren't a big problem in Europe anymore. None of the other religions cause as much trouble as muslims either. So don't go getting moralistic. None of it distracts from Anthony Small being a dick who boxing will be better off without.

I actually used to like Small when I first heard of him, I found him quite entertaining in the lead up to fights, shame he was so boring in the ring.

But I soon realised he was a disgusting human being, glad to hear hes retired.

what a load of horse ****. Yeah all religions cause conflict I actually completely agree, but "you live in the 21 century" so you can shrug off the crimes of christian\European civilization. Ask the indigenous peoples of North, Central and South America what they think and who's the terrorist in their opinion... They aint got no culture, religion, language or land left cause they got damn near wiped out to the very last man.
Am I pointing fingers? Hell no, every culture and religion has done wrong, but what I am saying is its all a matter of perspective. I dont see how people can point fingers at muslims specifically.
BTW - considering the US and UK have launched an illegal war in the heart of the Middle East resulting in the death and displacement of millions of muslims - who exactly has more moral blame for violence? Like I said its all a matter of perspective.

 

Why do some Muslim posters always use Christians in a argument with Atheists. ''Oh but Christians did it to!''. As if that makes them or there religion right. Really pisses me off and doesn't answer the actually situation created by the Atheist poster or posters.

Anyways...

There's good and bad in all religions, people who take things to far. In many occasions these people are riddled with evil and infect young innocent minds. I'm a Christian and even within my faith there's still people doing evil to suit themselves although they will always hide behind there forthright views. Religion is a lot down to interpretation and many run and run with things to point where they lose the plot.

I'm not going to bash Islam but from my perspective i feel it's getting more and more cult like the more i read and hear about it. I suppose they could say the same about Christianity...but i read things like Muslim's converting to Christianity being killed...it does make me wonder..where the love is..in that.

Anyways this is a boxing forum and i don't think there's ever a winner on these subjects....so it's a pointless argument. Guys just pull up lil facts here and there...and the next poster does the same and it goes on and on..till someone gives up caring.
