    Somebody like Tom Schwarz

He isn't going to fight Hughie Fury as Gorman is supposedly Tyson's cousin so therefore probably related to Hughie somehow

Knock out a scrub, then go for a a domestic fight. Still a capable fighter.

He can forget about world level IMO however, nothing wrong with that can still target British belt and euro, no shame in that at all.

World level might have been a long shot anyway, Dubois may not even get that far. I do think some people here are being a little knee jerk in their perception of each fighter after this though. First time on a bigger stage for Gorman against someone who is clearly very good and he's got years to improve further.

true, a lot of folk (Gorman included) thought he could contend at world level, as i said a prev post this would have been a reality check for him. I think Gorman genuinely believed he was gonna be world level and you have to admire that, you get nowhere in Boxing without thinking otherwise.

Thing is with fight like this... Dubois has always looked predictable and very flat footed in previous fights that has always made me doubt he was going to the top. The he basically walks over Gorman and his feet looked far better than they ever have been (maybe cos he needed them in this fight) he always looked very ponderous but he looked a complete level above what we have seen before. how much of that was down to his opponent though remains to be seen.

one thing i will say about Dubois is I have the feeling he can take a very solid shot and he looks like he is naturally a big guy with a huge frame and when he is that age you just never know how much he can progress

He took a flush from Gorman in the exchanges and took them very well, which is an encouraging sign. The thing that helps Gorman IMO is that you only really need to be a half decent boxer to make a decent HW these days. His head seemed to go a bit and I wonder if he was as surprised at how much Dubois has improved as many of us were

A fight against Sam Sexton - that's always good for rebuilding confidence.

As mentioned, someone like Lartey or Alex Dickinson.
