There's nothing hypocritical. Addie's video is good. What's wrong with criticism? By doing so I was making a point in giving little insight that most don't think about when dealing with editing/videos.

Can't get enough of me huh? Going to get involved with my conversation with Addie now. Keep hurling out the insults. It's beyond sad and pathetic.

Ali actually throw a few body shots in that fight! He may not be a "body puncher" but you use those shots to set up the head shots. He was brilliant!

I agree. Like I said I appreciate that Burley video as much as I do GP's stuff. For different reasons.

It's not just simply easy throwing stuff together stuff. Otherwise everyone else would be just as good. The reality is GP's production values stand out.

GP's production values stand out mainly because he's revised his compression. He knows what size to make his video, and he knows how to get it to look beautiful on youtube. That said, he has to have a little bit of talent to have his clips flow as a seamlessly as they do. I think his videos have a place, but no way are they the best highlights available. I watch highlights so I can get a good introduction of the qualities of a fighter. To be fair to GP, he doesn't do highlights of fighters, he does tributes....he does the best tributes on the net.

Done by the son of legendary trainer Jesse Reid on Movie Maker in one outing...and it's the best highlight on youtube in my opinion. He didn't need talent to put this together, he just picked out Canizales' most impressive moments...and we all end up coming away from it spellbound. Not trying to upstage GP, he's a different genre effectively.

    Fair enough.

And good point. He makes tributes, more so than highlight videos of fighters. That's a good way to say it.

The funniest bit was when this ****ing ****** tried to criticize Gorrilla Productions for "technical" mistakes. HOW STUPID ARE YOU? ****ing IDIOT. No clue what the **** you're talking about. Being ******ED doesn't alter the physical nature of reality, ****** Pete. Just so you know.

Why is that funny again? And can you please explain how I'm being so stupid... oh wait you can't.

What's more stupid is that you say GP is overrated, I point how his imperfections and that makes me a ****** in your view. You have no ****ing clue on what your talking about. So do yourself a favor and stop embarrassing yourself.

My personal favorite example of that was in the Pacquiao-De La Hoya video. He very much makes it look like De La Hoya tried to dig deep and respond in the middle rounds, when in fact most of the clips of De La Hoya trying to go on offense came from rounds 1-3 and the first minute of round 4. There was no reason to do that except to create a more dramatic and compelling narrative for the fight.

Sometimes those storytelling/narrative touches are subtle but there is a definite effort that went into creating it.

First you have the Harold Lederman comment about how Oscar has "8 more rounds to see if he is still a prizefighter", followed by 20 plus sections from earlier rounds of Oscar throwing punches, solely to create a narrative for the viewer.

Yeah, you do that. Point out his "technical imperfections." IDIOT. Even though the technical stuff is what he does as good as a pro.

    That's his greatest STRENGTH, fool.

But you have to admit, the editing is top notch. I've tried helping my girlfriend editing a few vids and I have to say, looking for clips, looking for music, and editing it so that the clips match the music and getting it to evoke the emotions you want is a pretty tough thing to do, they make look easy. If you compare the highlight vids they make using HBO footage and compare it to the highlight vids HBO makes using their own footage and you'll see that sometimes, the ones GP makes are better than the ones HBO makes. Top class editing...

Last time I respond to this pathetic 32 year old.

Technically he is good. But I was responding specifically to that Gatti video. Clearly a rush video in due to Gatti's death. You can see it's not as seamless, nor as professional as most of his works. He doesn't match the intensity to the music completely accurately to his clips. At times in that video it's inconsistent and breaks the flow of the video a bit.

    You're welcome for the education.

An example of phenomenal editing all across the board.
