That fight with Kaditas absolutely ruined him. I don't think I've seen many fighters take that much punishment in a fight. I remember him getting interviewed afterwards in the dressing room and he sounded really concussed. I also remember when he won the commonwealth title off of Kevin Benett. A lot of refs would have stopped it with earl taking full bloodied shots and looking completely dased as he walked through them and was able to survive then only to come back and stop Bennett. He's had a good career and achieved alot, great win over Romanov too but I fear that he will be very punch drunk in years to come.
He took Steve Murray, Bobby Vanzie and Yuri Romanovs best shots, that was astonishing. His subsequent fights with Katsidis, Khan and Castle should tell the board to revoke, he's an accident waiting to happen.
I do a lot of work down south and it was in one of the local papers in Luton that he's gonna have one more fight and see how he feels. He's training quite a few fighters now I think and said he was putting on a show with himself topping the bill.

i was suppose to fight him in hull got told the fight was on 8x3 then got a call to say he had to clear it with his wife first then a week later got told he had retired again make up your mind mr earl!
Your not joking fella. I have noticed in the last few months the cost of food and espcially choclate has gone right up :shock: Add to that the VAT relief period has ended. Putting petrol in the car - drinking money. :-( As for Graham Earl - he is gonna end up like Michael Brodie - a brave fighter who aint got it anymore a heap on the floor. :-(
Earl was a top fighter thats the bottom line, top bloke too but he is totally done now. Sad to see him returning. Lets hope that he doesnt carry on for too long. But lets get this right, those out there calling him a ***** and a coward aint got a clue. Mugs. Lets see how you would do in the the wars that he has been in, gota give a man credit who has been to war, earned his stripes.
