As we will not be getting the obvious big fight between Mayweather v Pac in March this year and perhaps not at any time soon, I have two questions: Currently, what genuine, mouthwatering, 50-50 match ups need to be made in the next 12 months? In the past couple of decades, what great match-ups did not happen?
Domestically, for me, I always wanted to see Ayers v Schwer. Not a genuine world wide blockbuster, but a great domestic match-up between two quality operators. What needs to be made this year? Gamboa-Lopez!
Richard Williams -Wayne Alexander Wayne Alexander - Ensley Bingham Spencer Oliver - Mike Brodie Scott Harrison - Naz Hamed Naz - Mayweather Gatti - Corrales Frazier - Norton Frazier - Holmes Tyson - Bowe Bowe - Lewis Jones jnr - Benn Collins - Calzaghe
McAllister vs Limond James Ancliff vs Josh Wale - btoh hard working boys - ok Wales is probably better but Ancliff is a decent wee scrapper and this would be a great fight IMO
Great list Jeff. Most appealing for me on there is Oliver-Brodie. Would have loved to have seen that one.
Mayweather would have made Naz look worse than MAB did. How's about Gatti vs Hatton circa 2002/2003. ????
Ancliff a loser now shame could of been ok little fighter wale would ko him now. Mcallister v Limond good one . hope limond gets murry for british then could be for british and commonwealth titles big fight for scotland
Ancliffs still handy, Wale might stop him but Ancliff is a hardy cheil. They was scheduled to fight afew months back but Ancliff pulled out to fight on teh Burns vs Gomnez undercard
