I just dont see how Briggs could fight Green after being out so long. And saying I punched out a wanker and got my rhythm back is a bit mad. I just dont like this fight :-(...Briggs needs to beat 2 good local fighters and then fight Green late in the year.
In the Melbourne media you could be forgiven for thinking Mundine had died since Green beat RJJ - zero coverage for him here. Green by contrast is still flavour of the month - articles with big pics etc. Did see Mundine on Biggest Loser, and must say it was a side of him I'd never seen before - seemed humble and generous with his praise for others etc - maybe there is a better side to him (but he hides it away well).
