Ref deducts a point from Berry. Berry can't speak English at all. Why not get an American ref that speaks both English and Spanish. Pretty ordinary by the IBO.
I thought the same thing initally but given how much the guy was doing it i dont see what else the ref could have done. **** poor they havent got someone who can speak this guys language as the ref, its supposed to be a World Title fight.
Realistically he made it pretty clear he was holding too much through his actions. No need for a prolonged conversation though.
The ref even demonstrated what he was doing wrong at 1 point and held Berry, the first time i'v seen that in a fight tbh Berry still keeping Will awake with an odd hard shot every minute or so. Good fight
