    BritMMA.co.uk ventured down to the Sugden Centre in Manchester for 'Ground Control,' where over a hundred people turned out to compete in a No Gi grappling tournament. These included some top MMA fighters, including Paul *******, Chris Fishgold, Dan Hope and more!

    couldn't make it down but shane kennedy who i train with came 3rd in the advanced cat over 98kg heard it was a good show! shanes only been training just over a year but has come on very fast earned his blue belt in under a year!

    just bjj he's done a few lessons with lagarto, what about you do you compete in bjj and mma?

    Cool :) I'm orange belt Judo and have wrestled before, but have sacked all that now and train MMA :) It's really good! I enjoy it, so was good to see such high level grappling on display the other day!
