If he was snapping his head back at will he would have won, would he have not ?

Skoglund who was one of best LHWs in the world and done weight well for SMW. A guy who would have beat Eubank every day of the week.

No, not if the opponent lands more punches and is dominating in other areas of the fight such as ring generalship.

if he was landing punches and "snapping his head back at will" then he would have won the fight. That was your words.

He may have landed some good shot but in no way was he landing at will

My fellow bluenose answered your post perfectly, could not agree anymore with what Delboy said.

I would hope that if young chris or whoever else did get the nod it would be a WBA interim?

There has been no official withdrawal from groves tho? That is merely an answer to a question from the press that should groves not make it who would come in to replace him

This is 2 weeks ago. There’s still 8/10 weeks to go before the end of July deadline.

Kalle has said Groves has 10 days to confirm whether or not he can make a July final.

This is the sort of thing that can happen with these tournaments but no fault of the organisers.

Groves may retire soon anyway, if he's back training now, could he just risk it?

Personally think he would, considering the money on the line,a chance to take the trophy and likely crowned the de facto No1 at the weight.

Think the injury could be the end of him, but I hope it isnt. Wont really know until his next fight but to be fair, he doesnt strike me as the kind of person who would want to fight knowing he is seriously injured.

Especially not having watched his former mentor get destroyed by someone not fit to tie his boots in his prime...

Groves will make the final and win.
