    you aren't the only one. me and 2 friends watching it in their own homes also thought he won but my mate who was sitting next to me thought groves one.

    i've realised there is ALOT of hate for degale. people who didn't even watch the fight are happy he lost.

    I gotta be honest, I really like Groves and hate Degale but scored it 115-114 to Degale when I saw it for the first time last night.

    I had it by 3 for DeGale, but as many others found myself all build up backing DeGale and wanting him to win, but changing as the build up went on.
    DeGale took on Mcdonnel persona, which to me seems a bit like trying to develop Audley Harrisons bravery!
    Im glad Groves won, for both fighters, as Groves can kick on from here, and DeGale will ditch McDonnel(he wont get a choice, Warren will make him), and either go stateside(which I doubt as he wont want to risk him getting woo'd by Golden Boy), or hook up with Jimmy Tibbs, good move IMO.

    Yeah it wasn't me that originally coined it - I just did that photoshop composite.

    I'm glad that he likes it - its a term of endearment from the fans really.
