I'm sticking with my Groves pick. He was countering Cox well and Jr leaves himself very open when he throws. Groves tends to LOOK more overwhelmed than he often is, I think. Cox wasn't landing too much in his flurries but Groves always has this frantic look about him, he did against Chudinov too. He's lost a step a little and is noticeably slower than a few years ago but I'm sticking with him. Jr has improved and is a little less wild, but I still can't see it. The later rounds will be dangerous for Groves, mind.

I still expect Super Groves to beat Jr, only not as confident as I was before.
We knew in advance Groves has trouble fighting southpaws, and most of us expected that he would find an opening in the first half of the fight to put Cox away.
Cox did better as expected, but on the other hand it proved to be a kamikaze tactic.

Jr's opponent was an unknown factor with a very, very leaky defence. Wouldn't be surprised if Cox would stop Yildirim too.

If you don't see it, why would you expect the fight to be close?

I'm terms of experience and weight then its Groves all day. Except Jr looks like he has a decent chin and will definitely take one to land three. Groves should win. We will see.

Groves has slipped and regressed for me since leaving Booth however there are a lot of questions to be asked
    about Eubank.
He didnt turn up against BJS, he did sweet FA for the first 6 rounds and then whether it was a case of BJS was tired or Eubank woke up he got to work but it was too little too late. Maybe it was the occasion maybe it wasnt.
If Eubank's chin is as good as his dad's then Groves will struggle with Eubank's high work rate and pressure and will gas down the stretch and been stopped late...however, if Groves can make Eubank respect his power and make him more cautious then I believe Groves will grind out a close points win.

A close but comfortable decision is... the normal/expected? Not sure what you mean by that.

The talk on Eubank has gotten so lofty that you'd think he should be bombing Groves away, is the established clear A-side, etc. Maybe he will. I have always seemed to rate Groves lesser than most I will say.

Groves has to stop Eubank, simple as that, he cant outwork him over 12 rounds. Eubank will be focused, there wont be any lapse in concentration, he wont spend the first 6 rounds showboating like he did vs BJS. Eubank to win via UD.

Cej to win via tko/ko any second after round 5.
Going to be remembered as a mismstchi that was too easy to call

Very different level of fighters. Groves has power and zero else. Terrible stamina and pathetic chin after 5 rounds.

God, please makes groves close to even money, easiest cash out EVER

This fights already all over social media! Taking off big time! This is the only good thing about casuals... A Froch left over versus a BJS leftover tho... Go figure!! It's the Eubank name & SMW (rich Brit pedigree) that help it too.. Nowt like a **** talking domestic mega clash!

Best with wins are Degale & Abraham. Lost to Froch & Saunders. One looks like damaged goods just fighting at a certain level & the other thinks he's RJJ mark II minus pretty much everything looolll be interesting..

Eubank is all wrong for Groves. If Groves can find a shot early like he did against Froch in their first fight he can KO junior but I don't see it. Eubank sets a fast pace early and stops him in 6 or 7 rounds.

Groves has nothing else! He outboxed Froch & Degale ran out of ideas with him...

At his best he's an excellent boxer puncher type fighter... David Haye-esque stance & technique. Poor stamina yes, bad chin? Umhhh that Froch punch would have stopped anyone! I don't think he has an iron mandible but poor? I doubt it.

THIS. Not a lot of people noticed the work Groves was doing on the inside when Cox was piling the pressure on. looked like Cox was doing the better work, but Groves sinking nice body shots and counters in.

I was impressed with Eubanks constant jab but in what other way has he improved since the Saunders fight?

I don`t think Eubank`s KO ratio is better at super middle.
