Was that the same Groves that couldn't finish the job with everything going his way ? The same Groves who was staggering about like a drunk for half the 9th round ? The same Groves who when winning comfortably ran out of gas and ended up being dragged into a brawl ? Froch at least had the grit and chin to fight Ward with, whats Groves going to fight/beat Ward with ? His speed is nowhere near Wards. No good having pop when you can't find the target. Groves has NO inside game, Ward is the master of fighting inside and busting up opponents at close range. Groves has no engine, and Ward will lean on him and smother him for 12 rounds. Groves skin is like paper (see point 3). I wouldn't be surprised if Ward TKO'd Groves. A good chance that Groves would get cut and/or run out of gas again and walk onto a shot. What people seem to be forgetting when making wild claims about Groves, is that his best showing is a loss against Froch, and thats the same Froch who the same people are saying is a bum.

Ward has a glass chin? YDKSAB. Ward has fought Froch, Kessler, Bika, and Abraham, and was never knocked down or even hurt against any of them.
Why do you need 'grit' and 'chin' to beat featherfisted Ward? Unfortunately for Froch you need skill, speed and movement, all of which Groves has in abundance. Not to mention Groves hits a lot harder than Froch
