The fight will look extremely similar in my opinion. I'm a huge fan of both Diaz Bros, but footwork, athleticism and strong wrestling neutralizes them. I honestly believe we just saw what the GSP/Nick fight will look like.

    Hopefully. :yep

Halfway through the 2nd round of Bendo-Nate, I turned to a mate of mine and said "I can't decide whether I'd rather see Diaz get stopped, or last till the end and hear that he lost every round on all scorecards."

I think I'd rather see GSP stop Nick though. There's more ill-will between them, and Nick has talked more trash on Georges than Nate did on Bendo. It would be one of the great "shithead gets owned by nice guy" moments in MMA.

    :hat

Absolutely. GSP will be a little less vicious and a little more strategic but ultimately you will see wrestling and legs kicks.

The strength differential won't be as great between GSP and Nick Diaz, as existed between Bendo and Nate.

Nah, Nick could give a good account of himself at 185, Nate couldn't really do that at 170.

GSP is the whole package, Diaz isn't. I think GSP will stop Diaz and I hope it is late in the fight after GSP issues an ass whipping.

I don't like either of the Diaz brothers, especially Nick. A rock has more personality than him. All that surly ass bull**** he exudes won't intimidate GSP one bit.

Only expect GSP to make a safer approach

One difference, I don't see GSP punching anyone in the knee repeatedly from the standing position.

That's what it's going to look like. The Diaz brothers have great hands and solid submissions but were always lost in dealing with kicks and superior wrestling.

I think he's referring to Nick's short, but successful, run at 185 in strikeforce.
