I think someone MUST have done something to earn a round, even in close fights.

The score GP, or the never scoring even rounds.

    the betting favorite

but there are rare moments when i give it to the hometown guy despite being the underdog...like john-marquez, diaz-marquez, juarez-john, viloria-solis

I score quite a lot of even rounds, though to balance that I score 10-8 fairly often too.

For me, dominating a guy is more important than decking them.

I found Castillo-Casamayor a really hard fight to score. I gave it to JLC by a point.

I'd also say the Pacquiao-Marquez fights are hard to score (I had Marquez winning both by a point).

    Imagine the scenario:

Berk: "close round, but gotta give it to Fighter A due to the odds I got from BetFair yesterday"

Berk's mate: "But there was late money on Fighter B, he opening the fight at 6/5".

    Berk: "10-9 to him then".
