If you are going with US locale's then Houston wins it hands down. Seen some horrible decisions and horrible ref'ing come out of there.

 

Japan is a fair and square place. can´t remember the last time a guest fighter found himself on any unfair disadvantage over there

 

Germany and its not close! st louis and oakland are pretty bad as well!

 

If you are from Argentina you better knock the guy out cold if you want a chance of winning in America.
