He should have moved up years ago.

He's to old to still be at 147.

It's time for him to retire anyway.

What's he still doing at lww? In the aftermath of the Witter defeat he claimed he was moving up to welterweight as he was finding it increasingly difficult to get down to 140.

Well, I'm glad it seems he was doing better in the dressing room. He did get hit square on the temple but it worries me how much previous damage could play a role in it. Just don't want to see anyone get hurt bad.

More to the point Teddy Atlas made the mood more somber than it really was.

I have seen people hit a lot softer and end up with neurological problems. People can have small bleeds after episodes like that and no show symptoms until 24 hours or later. Hopefully this is not one of those cases. Hell, don't even need to bleed. If the brain gets swollen enough his intracranial pressure will raise too much and cause some damage. This is why is so important to monitor patient for at least 24 hours after an episode like this.

This fight reminded me of the fight where Ricardo Torres was KO by a head butt. I forgot the name of the other guy. But I feel sick to my stomach everytime I see him talk so proud about being a champion.

Like other people said already, he was struggling with weight. When you are draining yourself like that it's not good. Which could have led to him passing out. I've seen in before because some kids were trying to lose 10 pounds on the same day as the bout.

At no point did Harris' trainer get close to him immediately following the headbutt. It was the ringside doctor, ref, and EMS. :huh

I've seen it and thank God the bloke seems to be OK. I'd like to say to all the ****s who were present at the fight and booed a man receiving medical treatment and being carried away on a stretcher are ****ing disgraceful. Absolutely ****ing pathetic. Here is a guy fighting and risking his health for our entertainment and that's how you reward him when he has a potentially serious injury? ****s- I hope if they are ever injured seriously they are now so judgemental.

    Rant over:good.

:thumbsup Bingo. Harris should have moved up to at least 54 years ago. That guy is skinnier than a prime Derrick Gainer. You would have thought his loss to Maussa would have been a good indication that the guy should have moved up. Obviously not. Didnt he come in close to 135 for that fight? The guys nuts.
