Garbage you talk, Scott kept himself in much better shape than Ricky, and Scott had his 10th world title fight the night before Ricky had his first (talking one of 4 main belts).Scott never had career Ricky had arguably because of his behaviour away from ring, but at his best p4p was a much better fighter, hence why he was beat Joe and Ricky to British boxer of year back then. Scott showed when he came back after 6.5 years out he was still in excellent shape
Question for Moog and Ryan, aren't you disgusted that you sit and defend a woman beating scumbag or do you actually believe everyone is out to get Scott and he's never done anything wrong ?
I am a massive fan of Scott Harrison the boxer, don't know the man. I was just a casual boxing fan until I starting following him, and it was his ability in the ring that has made me a mad boxing fanatic. So I have and always will be a fan for that alone
Good post mate. Not much sporting success in Jock land these days and even your tennis player proudly lives in Surrey. Hopefully you do not have to wait 10 years or more for another World Champion
To be honest mate as long as there are still people boxing in Scotland that is all I care about!! Boxing is my passion and whether I'm coaching a pro fighter or one of my novice amateurs I get the same buzz when they win and feel as gutted when they lose!! If Scotland don't have another world champion for 10 years then so be it but I enjoy and support all of the UK and Irish fighters the same so I'm sure there will be world champions for me to support!!
Well said David. I know when Barker won world title I was running round living room screaming at 5am waking everyone up, I was in Nottingham watching Froch win his first world title and jamp around like a nutter. I have also jumped up and down when Ricky or Scott win, as I always support all British fighters. Yes some I like more than others, only natural, as I am sure it was for English people when Andy Murray won wimbledon
