    And let’s be logical here. We have a fair amount of footage of Jack Dempsey.

    We also have accounts on their sparring session.

    Yes, it was only sparring and obviously not a real fight. But would anybody in their right mind have tried to have sparred Jack Dempsey in the same manner as what we’ve seen here?

    I know that you was not saying that Ali was bad but i did not understand your point?

    What i meant was.. Even if we had only this film of Ali hitting the heavybag he looks much better than greb does in his sparring video

    I was mocking the people who said Greb sucked BASED ON A TRAINING VIDEO ONLY. I was being sarcastic. Being funny like ha ha Ali sucked.

    No, we have a training video of him loosening up against a 60 year old.

    Could you beat a guy like Gene Tunney after 10 pints?

    If he'd have fought like that for real, guys like Tunney and Dempsey would have maimed him.

    Greb DID spar Dempsey and there are multiple reports stating Greb gave Jack a good scrap.

    But it was only sparring, only sparring.
