Yeah. And, no, Usyk hasn't done that yet.

AJ is the same AJ he's always been. People bashed on him and underestimated him a lot over the years due to the Fury-Wilder hype, but the man had always stayed active and has been IMO the 2nd best Heavyweight alive.

    You’re right absolutely.

I was thinking of the four belt era.

Maybe. He’s a different fighter who relies more on long range. Does he even fight inside at all anymore? Looks like he identified a weakness and deleted the entire section instead of really fixing it.

Same guy who isn't going to sell out against Usyk and will quit again in an Andy Ruiz situation.

He KO'd an MMA guy and the usual troop on this forum lose their minds.

He's the same guy imo. He's just alot better than his recent opposition, I don't see any real improvements.

I think he’s just at the point where his experience is really showing. Win or lose, the man has fought a lot of world class competition and faced almost every style in the book. His activity definitely helps as well. I think this AJ potentially beats everyone except Usyk.

His defence seems to have improved a little under Davidson.

Joshua is best as an aggressive counter-puncher. He's been absolutely on fire his last couple of fights, and I thought there was a real chance he'd **** the bed against Ngannou and be afraid of his power.

He did himself and boxing a credit last night in proving an MMA fighter has no chance against a world class boxer. Made Fury look like a twat too so that's always good.

Joshua did what he had to do in his last few fights and he has done it very well no one can argue that, what he can do with Fury or a return with Usyk is is yet to be seen. However with the rematch clause for the Undisputed fight it could well be 2025 before any fight between them materialises,it’s a wait but certainly fights to look forward to .

Hard to tell, Need better opponents to say for sure

Definitely has his old swagger and ruthless streak back. Ajs problems are far from physical, more mentally

Physically he's the best Heavyweight on the planet and I don't think that can be denied. Dudes a specimen

Hopefully he fights Hrgovic or Parker and we will see more

But despite my feelings of the man, he has done his job brilliantly against his last 2 opponents

I'd love a Parker rematch under neutral circumstances

People have to remember that he's only fought 1 top ten opponent in this run of 4 fights and he did impress in that, but was he any more impressive than he was against Pulev when he was the favourite to beat Usyk?

AJ has impressive longevity. He's been knocking out world level fighters for almost a decade now. He has impressed me with his mentality as well.

But I don't think he's significantly improved, he's just refocused again.

He won't beat Usyk, he just isn't good enough. But Fury has declined massively so he is, I reckon, the 2nd best HW around today.
