This comment is the embodiment of irony. Let's face it, all the dumbass low intellects and casuals scored either fight for Canelo. Canelo's intermittent flashy punches in the second fight did not win him the fight. If you actually focus on the exchanges properly a lot of what Canelo was landed was via gloves and elbows. It's embarrassing that people can actually confidently say Canelo won this fight. You'd be giving Canelo every benefit of the doubt to have him winning. Watch the fight again and watch exchanges carefully, in slow motion if you have to, you will realise how stupid your comment is.

Canelo couldn't even legitimately win two fights against an 36/37 year old lmao. Golovkin has been on the decline for a few fights prior to Canelo and he still beat him.

What you don't realise is that you have, an all other Canelo fans, have been frauded into believing Canelo is somehting he is not. He's flat flooted with overrated defensive ability. Golden Boy has given him so many gifts that he's frauded his way to the top making millions when he should have several losses on his record. Biggest fraud along Mayweather for cherry picking

A fraud doesn't take the risks Alvarez has taken. A fraud stays in his division, devours hopeless bums as a 100/1 favorite and bark for smaller opponents to give him a free payday on social media. Idiots like you laughed at Alvarez for fighting Khan but roared on the Tomato Can Devourer for calling out and fighting Brook in the same year.

Dude, how do you call Golovkin a bum and then have their first fight a draw? You realize how dumb that makes you look?

Golovkin destroyed Sergiys face you said.. How come he couldn't land the same blows on Canelo? lol GGG looked like a car crash victim which is why he wore his wife's sunglasses

Canelo looked as clean after the fight as he did before it. Was that cut caused by a head. I think so.

No, I realize how dumb it makes you look. I never called him a bum, I just said he never took any risks. That draw doesn't make him look any better by the way. It was his first real step up and against a blown up Light Middleweight who was naturally smaller than him. Only idiots or casuals overlook these facts.

Canelo only takes the "risks" because he's sure his back up team wont let him lose a decision no matter what. I know it ,You know it , Everyone knows it. Why did GGG fight Brook ?? Oh Yeah because that Ginger headed Peds freak popped dirty. nasty little cheater

Not too good at math are you? GGG was 35/36 when he fought Canelo, not 36/37. This is a common tactic to disparage Canelo, to lie and exaggerate how old GGG was. And this 35 year old guy was supposedly the most bad ass knockout puncher of this era. A guy who did not have the kind of wear and tear on him that other fighters had since he debuted at 24 and due to his large number of knockouts had less than 200 rounds fought when he fought Canelo. So GGG in his mid-30s didn't take much punishment throughout his career, so he was more preserved than the average 35 year old boxer.

The GGG was on the decline talk really started when he fought Kell Brook. Many commented that GGG looked unhealthy and Brook had a moderate amount of success in that match. What I find unbelievable is how GGG being on the decline in some peoples minds somehow became Canelo's fault. GGG was supposed to be this badass knockout artist that was unstoppable. Then he struggles a tad vs Brook and even moreso vs Jacobs. Just the fact that he didn't KO Jacobs became this big excuse that he was on the decline. What you fail to realize about all this is that GGG exposed himself as not as great or as fearful as his fans hyped him to be. Canelo was just on another level of skill and class.

You could make the same argument you are making here in regards to GGG's fight vs Jacobs, Jacobs was outlanded, and was knocked down, but many said Jacobs "intermittent flashy punches" were enough to win him the fight.

If you want to talk about intermittent flashy punches, that would apply more to the first bout in the middle rounds. In the rematch Canelo wasn't focused on intermittent flashy punches, it was a constant stream of power punches while GGG was backing away throwing a weak jab in most rounds. GGG came on late but it was too little too late. The excuses you make for this man GGG is pathetic. He got beat by the better fighter - twice. He was gifted the draw in the first match, but Canelo beat his ass in the rematch. You deny talent and what Canelo did to GGG. Making excuses that he was old as a well preserved 35/36 year old who had no problem stopping Vanes Martirosyan or Steve Rolls and eeked out another controversial decision vs Derevyanchenko who many thought Derevyanchenko did enough to win, some even claimed Derevyanchenko was robbed.
