Exactly. So if we said 7lbs per weightclass the % per weight would change :good

210 plus - Super Heavy (Wladimir Klitshcko)

    175-210 - Heavy (re-brand cruiser weight) (Haye, E. Chambers)

    160-175 - Light-Heavies (B. Hopkins-C.Dawson-A. Ward)

    147-160 - Middleweights (S. Martinez)

    135-147 - Welterweights (F. Mayweather)

    126-135 - Lightweights (J.M. Marquez)

    126 minus - Featherweights (Gamboa)

    7 weights and that simple.

The likes of Adamek, Chambers and Haye would most likely not moved up to super-heavy and enjoyed lucrative fights in the 175-210 division.

Gamboa would most likely not have to move up.

Have distinct champions, heavily talented divisions is what needed....Welter, Light-Heavy would be stacked.

No, the only thing needed is to get rid of some weight class. This would only see talent pools increase and the match ups would be amazing. I also think boxers skillset and readiness would improve dramatically to deal with tougher competition. In MMA it is evolve or die. In boxing, it is lose, beat some bums, lose again.

Obviously have no interest in the lower weight classes then? Your featherweight idea is horrible mate, seriously ignorant. The natural 8 stoners Vs the guys cutting to make 9?!? And yet the 210 guys are too small for the Klits?? Come off it Black!

    Agreed.

A skilled, 15st operator with a bit of a dig ought to fancy their chances against the Klits. There just aren't any, they're artificially gaining weight (in the form of blubber) in the misguided belief that the extra weight is necessary, or they're just crap.
