    If the roles were reversed and it was Wlad acting how Haye did/is, this place would be in uproar. The fact Haye still has people defending his antics doesn't reflect very well on the British forum.

    I don't think many would criticise if Wlad fought Adamek.

    I think people would go raw on Haye if he got his big brother to avenge his losses.

    Even that interview with the supposed Valuev,then hitting the cardboard cutout....

    he's a complete fanny.

    If he was American,this place would despise him

    Spot on. Wlad would be despised and be the most hated man on this forum, surpassing even Matthew Hatton and Dave Pariss. He would get called a joke, a *****, a glass chinned fraud, all talk and no action, tacky, cheap etc. I rarely visit the General forum these days, and the brit forum is a much better place to discuss boxing but when it comes to the Haye situation........... It's unbelievable.

    This is all very interesting, although not that interesting that i could be arsed to read any of it apart from the first and last page. The usual Haye-baiting and klit kissing, usually by the septics who have'nt got any decent HW's.
    I admit the Haye camp has gone quiet, but lets remember two things;
    1. How difficult it can be to make fights that people want,e.g.Manny/Mayweather.
    2. Even if you don't like Haye/Booth at least realise this, if they get a fair deal for a Klit it will happen.

    Those guys who were insulting CHEF and saying how he was lying about "50-50 no options was offered" should apologize to him.

    Unfortunately there seems to be very little middle ground on this forum. if you aren't a haye hater you have to be a haye nuthugger. i think some of the over-the-top blind defence of haye's antics is in direct reaction to some of the over-the-top blind hatred of haye.

    i personally will still root for him when (and if) he ever fights (as long as its not against a-force), but i no longer consider him to be amongst my favourite fighters.

    and in answer to the thread title i think he has blown it...but then again i think he blew it right from the start and has approached the HW division all wrong. as a fan i much prefer adameks more understated approach.

    :lol:

    Get a ****ing grip you drama queen...the man is a fry up merchant and if he was right about any offered deal it was more by luck and guesswork than any insider information he may have. The idea of the Klit sisters confiding in the buttie man is as absurd as me sharing my personal financial information with my postman

    Even if Haye doesn't fight a K bro ... it wouldn't matter as much if he was fighting some solid HW ... Sam Peter, Chagaev, anyone half decent. But he's not fighting anyone from what I can tell. Even Audley Harrison as a warm up for a K bro would be some kind of activity. Haye's next fight will be in the distant future. I think he's waiting for Wlad to stumble and Vitali to get older.

    Haye runs the risk of being forced to fight a second tier HW and being beaten by him before even getting a payday against a Klit. As a non-Brit I'm pretty sick of his antics and the endless saga related to what he is going to eventually do.
