It's a common belief particularly here in vegas that as manny moved up he added a lot of hardcore supplements to his program. Not all were legal. These so-called rumours that came out of manny's camp triggered all the hoopla. Than they tried to retract the statements made to certain trainers at more than a few gyms. Also in hollywood guys are giving up certain guys as being manny's greg anderson of sorts except there's more than 1. Call them rumours if you like but these guys weren't wrong about mcguire, segui,dykstra or holyfield. So call it what you will.

Who exactly are all these trainers? Floyd Sr started the rumors because he was butthurt Pac beat the **** out of his fighter(Hatton) and needed an excuse. If these rumors were true then why was Rogers response "Pac is on a-side meth", something that doesnt exist?

Floyd Sr. did not start the rumours. Nobody outta GBP did. The rumors have been there for years. The Mayweathers are at least 3 years late. Try Michael Moorers lying ass. Nah.. Knowledgeable all-around sports fans can't stand boxing anymore because the best won't fight the best nearly as often as they could/should, for one thing (four or six "champions" per division). They perceive Floyd running from Pacquiao as the same 'ol same 'ol. The selfish Floyd is actually dirtying up opinion of the sport.
If these rumors were around for years why did absolutely no one say anything until after the Hatton fight? And then why was it by a guy whos desperate to save face after being made to look like an idiot? Are you seriously going to bring up the infamous e-mail that no one has actually seen? LOL...Floyd knew he had nothing that would back Margarito up from him. Margarito had a good chance of walking him down and beating him up, hence the no fight.
Unless his goal is to retire being remembered as the biggest ***** in the history of the sport, then no he hasn't done what he has set out to do.
