As far as the PED testing is concerned, Arum and Roach initially seemed to be alright with the extra testing, in fact Roach is on record in the initial stages of the first negotiation as stating, "Manny will take any test in the world."
......all of a sudden, word got out to Pacquiao in the Phillipines and the excuses mounted one right after the other.

Lets be real here, it was'nt Arum who stated, "drawing blood maked me weak."
.......or, "14 days out I'm in hleavvvy training."

It was'nt Arum who stated, "I have no problem with any test, just not the day of the fight." .....to then completely be found out he was'nt being truthful and in fact had turned down a 14 day window in that first negotiation.

It was Pacquiao from the start that held up the fight wanting a 24 day window of non testing.
There is'nt any reason to believe that its now Arum who wont allow Pacquiao to test randomly.

Could you imagine Arum stating, "Manny has indicated to me he'll take any test at any time, but I'm not going to let him."
.......Arum would be the laughinstock of all of boxing for holding up the fight for that reason.:nut

if pac was totally clean.....he'd obviously agree and suggest all possible testing
make 50 mil, make pbf look stupid, clear his name, add to legacy
if pac is clean he was everything to gain..and nothing to lose by testing
    big if
now if he's not clean.....he should act exactly like he has been

I'm not saying everything on the web is true . . . but in cases like this where somebody's name is at stake . . . somebody will be liable if they post something that comes out untrue. :deal

    Like this for example: http://www.mayweather-pacquiao.com/floyd-mayweather-jr-the-funny-and-stupid-things-he-says/

if all those written in that article is not true . . . then the author's name is clearly indicated. Floyd can file a case.

You have a real problem understanding what a fact is.

It wasn't long ago you lot we're trying to prove that there was negotiations and now you're saying there isn't?

Very selective in what you believe. But I'll not get into it because it never ends.

Nah don't get lost on all these blah blah blah . . . Team Pac was really trying to negotiate but after the first failed negotiation Mayflower run into vacation. and denied there even a second negotiation.

From that time up to present . . . no formal talks. Everything is HYPE.
