no, tua is a fat lazy one-handed fighter with a decent jaw. nothing more. the lazy part will prevent him from breaking the top 15.

Did you not think I naturally meant taking tea together DS...or maybe a coffee??? Ok, we could settle for irish coffee then hehe

Cameron may request a warmup bout when his hand is healed before stepping up to Tua..another ploy? maybe, but I'd go anywhere to see him fight finger poking Hopoate. This is one would be very interesting and a fight to remember including the Aust & NZ flavor. I'd still bet on Cameron in nine or before.

Lazy? we will see! But Tua showed us on many occasions he has two hands to go with his jaw. He would not have gone the distance with Ibeabuchi if he didn't, that is a fight the world remembers. Maybe you were too young then SAS?

I myself have been wondering about far greater issues eh Shamrock....like what goes better with a hot dog than plain old tomato sauce......a bit of mustard and tomato sauce together is ok, but there has to be more out there than just that dont ya think? :patsch

But i still think Tua may have something left in the tank to have a few more fights. One fight away from bringing up 50 wins on his record eh. If i were his trainer i would have him fighting every month till he worked up a good head of steam to take on all the Champions...starting with the lesser able alphabeters and keep going till the train derails. The biggest question is.....has time caught up and stolen the desire that once drove that old train we call the Tuaman??

He is fast approaching that sign(if he isn't there already) that says "point of no return",you know the one that they put up just before you go over Niagra falls? :hi:

    Hi Stormy :hi:
    Let the DT.net invasion begin!!!
Desire is definately key, we all know that, IMO he has the tools to make noise - even if he is getting hem hem rich in years :yep - but he has to want it again.
Well here's hoping we get an announcement in the next week or so for a warm up bout.
Who do you guys think make a good opponent if the fight goes ahead in May/June?

1st post on ESB Stormy AND a *******! Welcome.
Point of no return...........? That may have been the Cameron fight the way the old forum sits on him, LOL.

Are you coaching Stormy? I think I read on dt.net that you were coaching, is this a fact? and if so, where??

No Shamrock. I asked the Tua website posters to come on here and support YOU, not Tua. You opened the thread, and we need to help you keep it alive.

If this would be a Mickey Rourke movie or a perfect and I'd have my nostalgic opinion on it I'd say yes.
    Realistically no.

The best posters are here now Diehard, thanks for the alert. Just need Diego to pop his pretty nose in, and maybe Rocky for the angles.

Does seem the majority of posters here have little faith in the Tuamans return :huh are we able to convince them??? Probably not unless he shows some activity in filling the gap in June! This is what NZ requires from him as well, to get on with it as Stormy has stated, fight regularly for the remainder of his fight term...if he has one!

hit there Shamrock,Sharky and Dead head Diehard :rofl lmao(cant get a week off for that can i buddy!) Thanks for the welcoming committee bruvas!:happy

Yes i do train a boy or two down here in sunny Hamilton eh Shamrock. I just train out of my garage where i have a few bags hanging up. Have no fighters at the moment, and i just do one on one stuff with a couple of students.I teach Thai and Queensbury rules so keeps me active but not overworked:smoke

    Lets read on shall we....:rofl

Everone wants to be a millionaire.....everyone wants to win Lotto......everyone wants to be the Champ.....but how many are prepared to sacrifice whatever it takes in an attempt to get to what they want, and with no guarantee of success at the end of it all? that is when inner desire meets its biggest hurdle....when the depth of the well is fully tested. How deep is the well that Tua draws from these days? time will measure just how much desire is left in that well. That my friends is destiny:deal

Does it mean anything to you at all MJ that Tuaman is planning a return to the ring to fulfil his destiny prophecy made some years ago. Hopefully his 1st fight back will show up soon!?

    Wild looking avatar there MJ
