Some of it is, but both Hatton and Calzaghe tend to have their opponents 'reclassified' AFTER they've beaten them.

 

It's not just them mate. You just notice when they get it because they're "your boys".

 

That happens to a lot of fighters though, Hatton and Calzaghe are hardly the only ones. It just happens to be more justified in their cases which is why it keeps happening.
