It's a exersise session on a stationary bike... Very intense, you sweat like **** and go deaf cos they play the music a bit louder to drowned out eveyonez grunts as they are blowing out of their arses...:yep

i agree mate, I'm a fan of both more khan though as I dont like how hatton treats his body. Saying that I like the idea of "done" fighters giving it one last shot at redemption...

 

GBH on wheels I do an hour 5 times a week, it's the ultimate shock to those who recken there fit & have stamina

 

I never understood the RJJ bull**** to be honest, he weighed in at 193 lbs with his clothes on when he fought Ruiz when he fights at 175 he comes in on fight night around 183, so did ten lbs ( also take about 3lbs for his clothes )really take that much out of him? I think he just got old personally.

 

was it just me, or was that whole interview just a plug for his gym?

Do you think such an old dog as Hatton could now learn new tricks?

It's more of a generic question than one levelled at Hatton...

Can a well schooled boxer, a veteran pro if you like, really adapt his style that much? Hatton seemed to go back to jabbing his way through against Malignaggi but as soon as he got in trouble against Pac he reverted to type. Is this a problem with older fighters?

I'm thinking as well though that someone like Ali adapted his style as he got older (I appreciate that you cant use Ali as a bench mark given he was truly great) to suit account for some of the physical attributes he was losing. And someone like Napa has changed his style to suit his strengths.

I suppose my question is, in your experience, how easy is it to teach an old dog new tricks?

 

all this carry on is designed by Hatton to keep himself in the limelight as long as possible, but few people care or have any belief in him any more. Most have by now worked out that he was a glorified club fighter all along.
He said he was gonna decide ages ago. The boy is a joke.
