    Please.

Was Lewis' Punch resistance gone after McCall? Because he sure took some big shots from big punchers that landed right on the button after said fight.

Hatton almost perfectly ran head first into the first punch that floored him.

:good I have always said Hatton's win over Tszuyu was one of the most overrated wins ever. They let Hatton get away with everything against the old Tszyu.

That's bull****. Then why a featherfisted Collazo had Hatton on ****ing ***** street in the final round. Surely he doesn't hit harder than Tszyu right?

Hatton never had a great chin anyways.

Exactly...the fact that he hasn't lost his speed as he moves up has likely made him more powerful then he was before. Normally when guys move up they lose more in speed then they gain in gym muscle power. Pac is moving up naturally and for some crazy reason he's keeping his speed (I honestly can't figure that one out).

And now Hatton's chin isn't the same as the 19forgotten's Hatton chin.

    WOW!

Hey rreed23, You have another excuse besides Pacquiao using steroids and plaster!

When you increased weight and your speed dosen't changed then probably your power will increase too.

This is a very good post. If you watched the 24/7 of the hoya fight, Roach and Pac were always saying about SPEED. They never said anything about developing Pac's power. Same thing goes with the Diaz fight. They just wanted to make sure Pac's speed was there.

at 140 lbs. Pac was very comfortable with the weight. they are already certain that speed is not an issue so they developed Pac's power.

    A few points...

Pac clearly has huge power at 140, Hatton didn't see the shots coming, he left himself open, was hit flush, and the ending shot trapped his chin to his shoulder.

Against Zoo, as Scar pointed out, Hatton got away with murder, but he did take some big punches from a known big puncher. However, he was charging in, could see them coming, and was able to grab hold immediately afterwards.

Against Collazo, who may be not a strong puncher, was still a welterweight, and hit Hatton flush throughout the fight. After 12 rounds of power shots he finally had Hatton in trouble.

Hatton hasn't shown signs of a weak chin, but certainly he's never had an iron chin. The Mayweather knockout was a bad one and its highly likely it took something from his punch resistance. That being said, with his ludicrous tactics and lack of skill against the pacman, even an iron chinned hatton, wouldn't have lasted more than a few more rounds

    Yep.

I've always felt that on neutral ground - where Hatton wouldn't be allowed to hold non-stop and fight dirty - Tszyu would've been able to pick his shots without being illegally smothered, and would've knocked him out.
