So are you against PW fighting at welterweight?

Yeah, because all he's doing is picking on smaller dudes. If he wants to prove that he's that great, lets see him fight someone his size or bigger. How bout a JT or Dawson fight. Its easy for a guy 6'3" to call out a guy only 5'8"

The only reason your making a issue out of this is because PBF doesnt put on much weight, okay good for Floyd but there isnt a rule that says you cant, so be ****ing real with it, the sport doesnt change its rules for one fighter, the rules were here long before Floyd and they are still here after Floyd, Life goes on~

No No No! you know exactly why your complaining about weight be ****ing real the only people who complain about this are PBF fans, it stems from Margarito not being a real welter correct? aight then, rewind back to the why dont Tony fight someone his own size post your groupies have made?

How about the reason Tony beat Margarito is cus he is just too big, how about watching that fight in the 3rd round in which Kellerman says its rare to see to welters "This size" fight at this pace, ****ing hypocrites.

i completely agree thats its unfair!people like PW and Margarito are picking on smaller guys!they should have the weigh-in the day of the fight, maybe in the dressing room before the fight.....

I haven't read the whole thread yet, but that's how dudes are rollin' now a days. G. Lorenzo came in the ring last week at 180 for a MW fight, and J. Clottey came in at 171 for a WW fight against Chico...

I have heard some states are trying to put a cap on the amount a fighter can "bulk" back up before fight time. IMO, anything more than 10-12 lbs. is just nuts. To gain 15 or more pounds in a day, you know that has to be mainly WATER weight, and that has to be the most dangerous way to go for several reasons.

Hatton has come in at 154 on fight night for nearly alll his fight's at 140!

For his fight with Tszyu he weighed 154 on the night.

Many times on Sky Sports they reported Hatton weighing 154 on the night.

Thats it exactly. It's still what they are doing basically, dehydrating down to nothing, and I read in a recent Ring article that Top fighters with the big $$$ promoters behind them will basically have a hospital room set up in their hotel, feeding them with IV's and **** to get thier hydration back to par. But you know that **** is still mad dangerous to a fighters health....has to be.
