Khan will be back at the top, should he choose to remain at 140. Even Tszyu had his downs and came back stronger, as did Hatton though he never really lost at 140 until Pac. If Khan beats Peterson in the rematch this disputed loss will just be a blip on his record and he will be rated possibly higher given how highly regarded coming back from adversity is in boxing. He beats Bradley and he's top ten P4P.

Is it about the belt or who you fight?

When Hatton was fighting these tin cans Judah was fighting Millet and Bergman for so called IBF world title fights ffs.

The belt is a CLEAR indication of a fighters level. Hatton defended a garbage belt 15 times. Likewise his competition over that tenure was nothing short of a joke. Are you seriously trying to defend that? As that mon fere was prime Hatton.

And both Bergman and Millet were KNOWN name fighters at the time who had mixed on the fringes of world class. None of Hattons opponents back then were anything remotely close to world class. Poor example. You should really try watching those fights and understanding their significance at the time instead of trawling Boxrec.

    Trawling Boxrec??

Man , the reason I picked out Bergman and Millet is that they both dropped Judah , infact Millet had him bad. I wouldnt imagine Boxrec says this . I talk about fights I watch .

Bergman is from South Africa I think and totally average yet gets a chance at the IBF title???? come on please. I also think the title was vacant and Hatton was higher ranked.

I even remember watching Witter school his ass.

At the same time Hatton was fighting Tony Pep who I think had fought Mayweather in his previous fight.

The above is all memory so if its wrong I appologise .

I will only go to Boxrec for dates of fights , not results.

None of this matters b. The point is Hatton wasted years defending a garbage belt against garbage competition. And for that he is rightly vilified.
