Thats true but Billy Graham said the only thing he did differently was show some patience(Where's was that last night!!) and not go to the body enough.

He had the same look against Mayweather. He was **** scared knowing he was stepping up in class too soon in his career and heading towards an embarrassing loss.

Yeah but true boxing fans and realists know the malignaggi affair proved nothing. Now malignaggi is a fighter who should also be retiring, tough at world level thats it, he will take beatings in the future

Jeez I thought that the Malinfaggi win proved Hatton was a far better fighter than he ever had been before and totally different to the fighter that struggled against Lascano and Collazo? I still believe the current Hatton is the best version of Hatton but he is still nothing more than a very slow, crude pub park brawler.

Hatton has always looked good against non punchers and always held on for his life against moderate punchers.

Hatton never seemed up for the fight to me.

All week he did'nt have that fired up look going on.

He's usually like the energizer bunny and rareing to go but we saw none of that.

I'm not sure if he really believed in himself for this one.

That whole article is tainted within the first paragraph when he refers to his 'mate'. It never ceases to amaze me the way Sky let ex-sportsmen get away with the kind of sloppy reporting a full time journalist would be sacked for.

Does anyone here think Floyd told Ricky to charge in with his hands down the way the article infers? McCrory must have been too concerned about his mate to hear the desperate advice Floyd was attempting to give him in between rounds.

Thats because the stark reality stared him in the face from the otherside of the ring and Ricky knew he didnt have the tools. His entire career reminds me of the story about the Emperor and his new clothes.

This isnt new. Those wankers at SKY have been doing this for years with there partisan crap. Watt Dark and that lemming Glenn are all guilty of it. They cowtail to it all because thats what pays there bills and there willing to say anything so long as they have a job. Its not by coincidence the brilliant Steven Holdsworth never got a job on SKY and instead was banished to Eurosport to report on syncronised tiddlywinks and K1 bouts/replays from last year.

Dont agree with stepping up to soon. He had 45 fighy before Mayweather. He genuinley thought he would beat Floyd but dont think he fancied Manny.

The reason he looked good against malignaggi is because malignaggi is a powder puff puncher.Do u honestly think hatton was a totally different fighter in these fights or was it the opposition he was facing ?????

McCrory should stick to bragging about his boxing career and not pretend he is a journalist. He,like Ricky, appear to have taken too many punches to the head.
