Wladimir really wants to fight David Haye. He just playing same game than Haye is doing a time. Other choice in Haye would be soon Helenius and a lot smaller money
Yes I lost some respect for Wlad. Playing the boxing fans and holding us hostage for so long was quite unprofessional. I understand there maybe a logical and perfectly understandable explanation but it's been a bit much with this Chisora chaos in the last 4 months. At the end of the day Chisora (even though he's a piece ****) turned out to be a little miserable chess pawn that Wlad used to play a game with Haye. Good, we get the Haye fight now but was so much comical theater play really necessary? With multiple announcements and cancellations? If we ripped Haye before for his disgraceful antics with Wlad/Vitali then we ought to do likewise now. I hope K2 have the decency to offer Chisora money for being punked like this.
I agree wholeheartedly. I like Chisora a lot less than Wlad, but I still think it's wrong. As you said, he's been used a pawn in the mind games between Haye and Wlad and even though he's an undeserving challenger, it still doesn't make it any more justifiable. The thing which gets me, is why sign another contract with Chisora? The excuse was that Wlad needed to lose the ring rust, which is now untrue, and the next excuse was that he's a man of his word, which is also untrue. What exactly was the point? The fight could have been signed already if it wasn't for Chisora, so why he got brought into the discussion after every other detail was ironed out is just puzzling. I can't see any logic in that, apart from mind games, which is sad, honestly. Wlad is better than this. I've always admired his attitude and wanted him to dominate the division because I thought he could unite people around the world, as he is a genuinely great champion. This sort of thing should be beneath him.
No matter what sort of lowlife **** Chisora is, it just isn't the done thing to screw with him like that. Or let me put it another way: I am glad that Chisora got ****ed over royally. He is a human piece of ****. But I can't respect Wlad's actions. But, let's think about this another way also. If this has been some messed up game Wlad has played, then why has he been playing it? To get Haye into the ring. It looks like it has worked. I am not saying that the ends justify the means. I am saying that if Haye was a normal human being that Wlad would not have had to do this run around bull**** to get him into the ring. Haye's years and years of bull**** are the reason Wlad has gone down this route. If you can say that Wlad forced Haye's hand when he chose to fight Chisora (and therefore took responsibility for the fight happening or not) then you have t say that Haye has forced Wlad's hand and therefore has to take responsibility for this situation. If Haye had balls, none of this would have happened. But I still don't like it. Wlad did have a choice, he could have just told Haye to **** off once and for all.
Nothing about the Chisora fight has lured Haye into a fight. if Haye wanted it, he got it. If he didn't, he wouldn't have been forced into it. This idea you're spouting that Wlad should be praised for dragging Haye into a fight is nonsensical. It makes no sense whatsoever. Haye can't be forced to do anything. He's his own promoter and his own man. If he wants to fight awful opponents, he could. If he wants to fight Wlad, he can. He's made his choice and it's nothing to do with Wlad's actions towards Chisora. I'm not surprised you're trying to twist this into it being Haye's fault. However, there's absolutely no basis for that and you just look like a dick for doing so.
