1st. I understand "Not being paid" Its the way he handled it that gets me yet so many of his fans think its ok to lie about an injury and use the contracts as an excuse. Thats what gets me. He should have just been honest.

The contract with Vitali was done and signed by Vitali and was sent to Haye. for signature... then Haye did the 5 day vanishing act and wouldnt return calls, emails, and texts.

Thats very unproffessional and again I lose respect for acts like that. "MAN UP" and tell it like it is...dont hide behind lies, hiding, and false statements.
I guess technically you could say the Vitali contract wasnt signed but it was a done deal. He backed out with a fully negociated and signed contract on his desk and took "an easier fight" (Hayes words) because it was the easier way to become a belt holder and didnt even have the respect to tell team Klitschko...they found out like everyone else did...media reports:roll::deal

Why is Vitali falsely claiming a preliminary agreement is in place to fight Haye in 2010??

Me as a Haye- fan have to totally agree to that! I dont know if haye was really injured or scared but this whole process was just disrepectful!
Wlad waited long enough for him! anyway i hope 2010 it works better out !

I think it will...If Haye really wants the fight, I think it can be made..BUT I know for sure, the MINUTE Haye pulls some ****....its over, they (Klitschko) will walk away

WTF you on about? Haye has never been knocked out let alone by a midddleweight.

Wlad was floored a few times by a tubby golfer and didn`t have any idea where he was when the ref stepped in to save Wlad from being seriously hurt..

I was told there were some prelim talks (lawyers)..haye says "NO. No talks" ...Vitali says "Yes, Yes talks" I was told yes by Wlad so I will go with that.... just very very prelim talks

    Better question IMO
Why wont Haye admit there were talks?:huh

Is haye trying to wait till vitali is 40 and fight him?

Man, what a dissapointed Haye turned out to be at heavyweight so far....

talk ****, talk ****, talk about how boring the heavyweights are, talk about adding some excitement, talk **** about the klits, talk about the klits, talk more ****, talk big, talk big, talk about the division needs to look out, even confronts and gets in wlads face about a fight

    (two years later)

Get to heavyweight, dont fight klits, put on a boring and passive challenge to one of the worst beltholders, continue to not fight klits, and although vitali wants the fight right now, haye is bringing up a fight a year from now?

maybe im being a bit hard on Haye but damn....

Mmmm. Shall we try and guess then?
    Let's see.
Maybe so Vitali can claim Haye backed out again?
What is the point of Vitali saying there are talks, even preliminary? If he thinks he's going to shame Haye into a fight for **** terms he should know better.
Adam Booth is very very pissed off with the bros as well. Very pissed off.
    I wonder why?

sounds like booth is trying to establish more credibility to his claims of slave contracts...acting like the brothers have no interest in fighting him now that he has a strap

its all bs to me...Haye says he wants to fight Vitali, Vitali says he wants to fight Haye.....thats enough for me to call preliminary talks

maybe booth is mad cause he don't want it to seem like Ruiz is being taken lightly...no reason to give johnny more motivation to upset Haye
