Haye decked by Tony Thompson in sparring?

If Haye had never been knocked down in his career people would be critisizing his level of competition. He's even admitted himself he hasn't got the chin to go toe to toe with heavyweights.

 

Sparring is all about testing different things and isnt just 2 people going at it. it is where you work on a gameplan and see what works and what doesnt. news out of the pacquiao camp is that khan hammered pacman but it doesnt mean ****.though. anyone with a brain wouldnt take this news too seriously. thomson is world class and could knock anyone out. he is helping haye become a better fighter and thats all that matters.

I think audley should be more concerned about who is hammering him in sparing lol

 

I remember someone coming out and saying Haye got decked in sparring 5 times by that Kiwi who Danny Williams Iced, Kali Meehan.

Wrong he had one defence vs enzo maccarinelli for the wbo cruiserweight title but he was already the defending Wba and WBC champion when he knocked mormeck out in 2007.

so he unified the cruiserweight division then moved upto heavyweight instead of defending vs bums he decided to challenge the wbo champion at the time the best man at that weight and horribly exposed him.

No one can knock his achievments at cruiserweight. he has yet to prove himself at heavyweight but i have faith in his abilities

 

It doesn't matter, unlike Audley, Thompson isn't scared to throw.

sorry what in my post was wrong i see you highlighted the part where i said he unified the cruiserweight division did he not? or is he expected to fight for the less prestigious belts aswell? Within the boxing community it is well regarded that the holder of the 3 main belts Wbc Wbo Wba are the unified champions. David Haye held all three before moving up to heavyweight.
